備前屋
description
創立於1782的備前屋老舖,其招牌菓子"あわ雪"是由備前屋第三代繼承人紫藤右衛門發明,做法是利用蛋白,砂糖和寒天打成漿狀,注入容器內再加熱至一定溫度後凝固而成,由於顏色雪白及口感纖細,故命名為"淡雪"(あわ雪);除原味外還有咖啡、桃花等口味,一個售525円。另外也有由"あわ雪"演變出來的"あわ雪茶屋"(1盒12個735円)和"あわ雪豆腐"(1個210円)等。
