Umeshima是由梅嶋牧場直營的壱岐牛扒燒肉專門店。在自然環境中生活以及使用加入適量鹽份的飼料養殖的壱岐牛，每個月大約只有40頭的全國供應量，是一種肉質優良，脂肪分佈平均的珍貴品種。人氣的菜色有附設餐湯、沙律、白飯及咖啡的200克牛扒(3700円)，以及使用特選牛肋骨炮製的燒肉定食(2100円)。
