哈德良拱門北面的列柱，是曾經屬於宙斯神殿．它是雅典最古老的神殿，建於公元前515年，但直到公元2世紀哈德良皇帝時才完成，據說未毀壞前有104根壯觀的列柱，但現在只剩下若干數目的列柱．令人感嘆時間的無情．
