1968年創業、發明炒拉麵的屋台(街頭熟食攤檔)。店主利用拉麵的麵條，用炒麵的方法炮製而成的炒拉麵，味道出色，開創先河。招牌的炒拉麵(600円)、拉麵(500円)、燒明太子(650円)、鹽牛什(550円)、關東煮(120円)等30多種食物。
