全白色的彌彥之丘美術館位於城山森林公園内，於1987年開館，以展示縣內外知名作家之作品為主，每年會舉行六次特別企劃展。美術館外景色優美，除可遠眺彌彥山外，也能觀賞春天的櫻花，夏天的綠葉，秋天的紅葉和冬天的白雪，與美術館相映成趣。
