店舖約於20年前，由繼承家族豆腐生業的村內先生所開業。店舖使用白山的清晰溪水製作自家豆腐，招牌菜色包括鐵板豆腐扒、炸豆腐等8道菜的白山豆腐御膳(2625円)，還有豆腐炸豬扒定食(945円)、豆腐扒定食(945円)、湯豆腐定食(840円)等供應。
