博多著名拉麵店Uma馬位於大名的分店。店舖的豬骨拉麵，無論湯底或麵條都有別於一般的博多拉麵。拉麵湯底清澈，類似鹽味拉麵，而麵條則是手打的平麵，使麵條能吸收適當份量的湯汁，配料只配有叉燒及蔥花，以不影響湯底味道為原則。除了拉麵(600円外，還提供十分受歡迎的煎餃子(400円)及串燒等食物。
